Your Instructors
Nadine Fox is the design lead for the Equitrac web client redesign and will be delivering most of the content for this course. She worked with the development team for many months to hammer out the key feature sets and workflows. The Equitrac Pattern Guide and all the wireframes were developed by Nadine.
Nadine has been redesigning complex software for over 15 years for some impressive companies (Nuance Communications, Adobe, Ameriprise, Telus)
When not UX-ing, Nadine is probably outside: walking her dogs in the woods, riding her bike, or skiing.
Jana Sedivy is the Founder and Principle of Authentic Insight which specializes in making enterprise software systems easier to use. She has spent a great deal of time elbow-deep in the guts of enterprise technology.
Jana writes and speaks about B2B User Experience and Customer Experience a lot. She also has 21 patents on innovative technology for improved UX.
While Nadine is speaking, Jana will occasionally interject to basically repeat what Nadine just said. When not UX-ing, Jana is puttering in the garden or pickling something.
